Phyllis Pelzer, the Principal owner of PRM Engineering Group, LLC, holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering Technology and a Master of Science Degree in Transportation from South Carolina State University, as well as a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship from T.I.U.A. Phyllis professional background is diverse, ranging in experience from overseeing a college-level nuclear engineering degree program development, to working in private engineering practice as well as real estate. With over 30 years of experience, Dr. Pelzer is a staple in her community. Teaching at both Orangeburg Consolidated School District Five and South Carolina State University, Dr. Pelzer created a vast new pool of young and talented engineers. A trailblazer in her community, Phyllis became the first African American female to receive an engineering license in South Carolina in 1996. She holds professional engineering licenses in South Carolina and Georgia, a residential contractor's license, and a real estate license in South Carolina. Phyllis has served in leadership roles with the National Society of Black Engineers and is recognized for her leadership and contributions to the field.

Raphael Parks, the Assistant Chief Engineer at PRM Engineering Group, LLC, holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University and an MBA from Strayer University. Raphael posses a unique combination of technical expertise and business acumen which is attributed to a solid educational foundation and diverse work experience such as working in automotive & medical device manufacturing, operations & logistics, commercial & residential construction  as well as engaging in entrepreneurial ventures. Raphael is also a Professional Member of the National Society of Black Engineers. He is dedicated to giving back to the community, having founded Fr33 Lunch, a non-profit organization that enriches, nourishes, and empowers the  youth of underprivileged communities. Through the Fr33 Mindz Academy Initiative, he offers a creative safe space to enrich and education the youth in  STEM  and innovative digital content creation. He is also committed to serving impoverished communities by providing safe and affordable housing opportunities through the Fr33 Lunch Affordable Housing Initiative.
